The Etixx Recovery Sport Bar contains whey protein which is one of the most complete protein on the market and contains all the essential amino acids needed for recovery. Combining the intake of carbohydrate and protein in recovery has also been found to enhance muscle glycogen replenishment.

During exertion > 4 hours: 1 bar per hour (during the first half)Immediately after: 1 bar
