Triathlon
I'm always looking to challenge myself and I constantly want to push my own boundaries and break my own records. Being involved in sport is a must and gives you a healthy mind. As an Etixx ambassador, I try to get that message across and encourage people to start exercising. The Etixx products provide that extra boost to deal with training sessions and to help get my body in top condition and maintain it.

I am Sofia Costoulas, I was born in Genk and I am 16 years old. I started playing tennis when I was 4 years old and I still love it. I study human sciences and besides tennis I like to be creative. My biggest hobby is Pokémon, both Pokémon games and collecting Pokémon cards. I am a great animal lover, so if I didn't travel so much it would be Pairi Daiza at home ;-) My biggest dream is to take part in the Olympic Games and win a medal for Belgium.
